Intercityhotel Ulm

The staff were attentive and efficient, particularly in assisting with my business requirements. The hotel's location adjacent to the train station was convenient for my travels.

No significant negatives were encountered .

Staff were very helpful. Hotel room suitably quiet. Extremely convenient location. Nice city. Good quality breakfast. Quick check-in and out.

Undesirable people hanging about outside but near the entrance. Shower water not always hot in the morning. Needed more pillows to allow reading in bed.

The location to the train station

The room had no air conditioning working and the room was hot. Due to the location at the train station it was not possible due to the noise to sleep with open windows.

The location near transport was great , and the overall cleanliness contributed positively to my stay.

Disturbances from street noise and early cleaning staff disrupted my mornings significantly.

The hotel was very central and I I found the rooms very comfortable. I was concerned about noise from the railway station but I must say we slept really well and heard no trains.... etc. The city itself was lovely reall enjoyed our visit.

We love the convenience of the hotel to the train station (next door), and to the shopping, cafes, and bars. Also the magnificent Cathedral is within walking distance of the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We would have preffered a double bed instead of two singles,but having said that the beds were very comfortable.

The location next to the train station is perfect for travel. Attentive staff made my stay more comfortable. Enjoyed the easy access to mini golf nearby.

It seems incredible that the internet is not free of charge in a 3 star hotel... The Ibis and Etap hotel that are 100m of the Intercity are free of charge for the Internet access and of almost similar quality (especially the Ibis).

As with most Inter City hotels, it was very convenient for the main station.

Not especially good value for money, offers very little over and above cheaper hotels. No air-con, coffe making facilitues etc. The entrance direct from the platform could not be used, an inconvenience to have to walk back round, especially when raining.

I appreciated the clean and spacious room, easily accessible. The atmosphere was cute, and the staff were always attentive. The location near the station made it convenient for my travels.

Noise from the street could be bothersome.

We were a group of 8 men traveling to the Champions League Final. Having confirmed 4 Twin Rooms we were very angry that between the Hotel and Booked.net there was a admin error as what we got was double beds. They could not change rooms or add additional beds. Ended up with people sleeping on the floor. This type of error needs sorting out and compensation money provided

Ulm was very good. Nice bars and well kept

We stayed here twice visiting family. First room was super warm with no A/C, so we had to deal with train noise all night. Second stay was better but still loud with street noise. Breakfast was alright, but the dining area was kinda gloomy, and staff weren't great. Definitely won't come back.

Rooms were clean and hotel is positioned in central Ulm area.

On booking the hotel rooms were described as sound proof. In reality room was extremely noisy. One could hear each train passing through the nearby train station- definitely a no go. Expensive breakfast not included in the price of the rooms which anyhow was too high for the value.

it was an ideal 3-star hotel, met expectation. the room was newly decorated with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. the property had a magnificent and amazing location next to monument fur albert einstein. thanks very much for the fairly nice stay, enjoyed this place, i would book here again.
